IBPS AFO Full Form Institute of Banking Personnel Selection- Agricultural Field Officer. It is a competitive examination which is conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the recruitment of Agricultural Field Officers (AFO) in the Public Sector Banks in India.
